Returning a Product
In the event that you’re not happy, and you wish to return a product, you have 30 days from the date you receive the order to return the goods. The item must be unused, in the original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition to receive a full refund. All you need to do is notify us prior to returning your item.
Change of Mind
Please note that if you are returning a product because you’ve changed your mind, shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are your responsibility. We don’t supply return labels. Return shipping is at the customers expense.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage in case the package doesn’t make it to us. We can’t accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged when they’re returned.
Changing/ Canceling Orders
Due to our automated system, it may not be possible to change or cancel your order once it has been dispatched. Please contact us ASAP to check.
Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Goods
As much as we dislike it, sometimes things do go wrong. If your order is faulty, incorrect or damaged, please contact us. Our customer service team will do everything to make things right.
If your item arrives damaged or “dead on arrival”, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost. Please contact us as soon as possible to organise this.

Receiving a Refund
Once your returned item(s) have been received, they will undergo a review and once cleared you will either receive a replacement product or a refund (depending on your preference). The account used for your original payment will be refunded within 1-2 days of us receiving the returned product (your bank may take up to 12 working days to credit your account with the refunded amount).
